TERMS AND CONDITIONS Tiger Fight Show – 29 November 2025 Organizer: Tiger Muay Thai Bali 1. General Provisions 1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in and attendance at the Tiger Fight Show (“Event”), organized by Tiger Muay Thai Bali (“Organizer”). 1.2. By purchasing a ticket, participating in, or attending the Event, each attendee (“Participant”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. 2. Assumption of Risk 2.1. The Event features combat sports exhibitions and live fights, and may include loud sounds, bright lighting, and intense visual effects. 2.2. All Participants and attendees enter and attend the Event at their own risk. 2.3. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or resulting from the Event, except in cases of proven gross negligence. 3. Liability Waiver 3.1. By attending the Event, the Participant waives any and all claims against the Organizer, its owners, employees, fighters, contractors, and partners for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising during the Event. 3.2. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 4. Tickets and Entry 4.1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a full cancellation of the Event by the Organizer. 4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. 4.3. All attendees must comply with venue rules, staff instructions, and local laws and regulations. 5. Conduct and Safety 5.1. The possession or use of weapons, drugs, or any prohibited substances on the premises is strictly forbidden. 5.2. Any aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. 5.3. While the Organizer prioritizes safety, it cannot guarantee a completely risk-free environment. 6. Governing Law 6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia (Province of Bali). 6.2. Any disputes shall be settled in the Denpasar District Court, unless resolved amicably between the parties. 7. Acceptance of Terms By attending the Event and purchasing tickets online for the Tiger Fight Show, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
