Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (packages) All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address. -Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. -Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. -Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of written confirmation of the cancellation. Date Changes / Rescheduling: -Date changes requested more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival are free of charge, subject to availability. -A 15% administrative fee will apply to all approved date changes.
