Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Bali Muay Thai Weightloss Retreat (November 15th-26, 2024): We are excited to have you join us for the Bali Muay Thai Weightloss Retreat. We understand that circumstances can change, so please review our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants. Cancellation Timeframe: 60 days or more before the retreat (before September 16th, 2024): You will receive a full refund of the retreat cost, excluding any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees. 30 to 59 days before the retreat (between September 17th and October 15th, 2024): You will be eligible for a 50% refund of the retreat cost, excluding any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees. Less than 30 days before the retreat (after October 16th, 2024): No refunds will be given. Non-Refundable Deposits: To confirm your spot at the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $250 USD is required at the time of booking. This deposit will not be refunded, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Travel and Accommodation: Please note that this policy applies exclusively to the retreat fees and does not cover any travel, accommodation, or other independent arrangements. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to safeguard against any unforeseen changes that may affect your plans. Transfer of Reservation: If you are unable to attend but have someone who can take your place, you may transfer your reservation. This transfer must be requested in writing and approved by our team at least 14 days before the retreat start date. Please be aware that the non-refundable deposit and any administrative fees from your initial reservation will still apply. Retreat Cancellation: If we, the organizers, need to cancel the Bali Muay Thai Weightloss Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of participants, we will provide a full refund of all payments made to us. However, we are not liable for any other expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs. Please ensure you read and understand our cancellation policy fully before booking.
