Personal Training Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure the best experience for all our clients and coaches, the following policy applies to personal training bookings: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled session start time. In this case, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested less than 1 hour before the session, the booking will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
